Community Advisory Board on Housing and Homelessness is recruiting public board members

The City of Grande Prairie’s Community Advisory Board on Housing and Homelessness is recruiting public board members.

Grande Prairie residents who are interested in supporting their vulnerable neighbours are invited to apply and help give input into priorities for affordable housing and ending Homelessness.

Responsibilities of CABH include:

• Developing a Review Committee terms of reference for the solicitation, review, and recommendation of projects to the City of Grande Prairie
• Assessing progress in addressing community priorities
• Ensuring plans are being developed and updated
• Providing a community perspective on housing and homelessness

CABH is seeking members of the community drawn from various walks of life including youth, seniors, and professionals in the domestic violence sectors.
